Meredith Peng -Senior Associate

Meredith has practised in contentious civil and commercial disputes, with a particular focus in civil and commercial litigation, cross border asset preservation and restructuring. Meredith also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution as well as sitting on the advisory board of corporate entities as legal counsel.  

She has represented clients in cases involving questions of misrepresentation, debt recovery, fiduciary duties, director's duties, family law property settlement and parenting disputes.  

Meredith advises on insolvency and restructuring, as well as drafting/reviewing corporate and business lending agreements. 

She holds degrees in Commerce and Law from the University of Sydney and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
