Dawen is an accomplished Finance Manager with over two decades of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. A Chartered Accountant, she has held senior roles at globally renowned firms including Chanel, Deloitte, and leading ASX-listed companies, where she built a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and business advisory. 

Fluent in both Mandarin and the Shanghai dialect, Dawen plays a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s growing Chinese client base. Her language skills and cultural insight allow her to communicate seamlessly across borders, fostering trust and understanding with clients and partners alike.
