Tracey Ding - Associate

Tracey is dual qualified in Australia and China. She has extensive corporate, commercial, contracts and tender management, mergers and acquisitions expertise and experience. She was admitted and started practise in China since 2006, specialising in foreign investment and corporate transactions. Tracey is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Tracey advises on corporate and commercial, and commercial dispute resolution. Tracey also advises on Chinese law, Chinese Investment Law, transactions relating to Chinese legal practice and legal document review in Chinese.  

Prior to joining Du & Associates Lawyers, Tracey worked for more than eight years in Maddocks as a consultant in Commercial and Dispute Resolution teams. Prior to join Maddocks, Tracey worked for five years at Jemena as Category Manager in the Contracts Team and prior to that spent many years in Beichuan Law Firm and Grandall Law Firm.
